We are not able to help with real-money gambling accounts. If you need support with gambling, ConnexOntario takes free calls on 1-866-531-2600.
Play at Loon Paddle Lodge is open to adults aged 19 or over only. The coins in every game are virtual, with no monetary value; nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. You will not find a coin shop or a payment page anywhere at the lodge, no prizes of real-world value are offered, and winning on the lake does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Free and confidential help with gambling is one call away: ConnexOntario 1-866-531-2600, open 24 hours · CCSA · Responsible Gambling Council · Read the lodge’s responsible play policy
