Terms of Use for the Lodge | Loon Paddle Lodge

1. Who keeps the lodge

These terms govern your use of loonpaddlelodge.com ("Loon Paddle Lodge", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of loonpaddlelodge.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may paddle here

Only users aged 19 or over may use Loon Paddle Lodge, and by using it you confirm that you are.

3. Lodge coins

Coins used in the games are virtual and given free of charge.
Lodge coins have no monetary value. They are not money, they are not credit and they are not property.
There is no way to purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes, and the lodge has no in-app purchases.
No prize with any real-world value is offered.
We may change or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. Lodge coins only, never real money

Loon Paddle Lodge does not offer or promote real-money gambling and carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your account and cabin

Firelit Porch and Stillwater Sunset, the two worlds beyond the open one, need a free account. One account per person; do not share it.
Your password is yours alone. Let us know at once if someone else has used your account.
You may delete your account whenever you like from your account page. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe it belongs to someone under 19.
Coins, levels and missions stay attached to the account rather than being your property, and they may be reset.

6. How the site may be used

You must not try to disrupt the site, use automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Calm water, rough water and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. The law over the lake

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and by the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
