Nothing more is held. We never ask for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or payment details, as the lodge has nothing to pay for. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (supplying the account you requested). Deleting the account removes all of this immediately, and you will find a button for it on your account page.

Google tags, and only with your yes

Choosing “Accept all” lets Google Analytics and Google Ads tags measure visits and whether our adverts lead to play — for instance, that a first spin took place. Google receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choosing “Essential only” keeps the tags in consent mode, with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

Our host’s short-lived request logs

Our host holds routine request logs for a brief period, for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What the lodge will not do

We never handle payment data: nothing is for sale.
No marketing email reaches you unless you request it.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Nothing of yours goes to gambling operators, and the lodge has no gambling affiliate links.

Your rights over the cabin file

You may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent whenever you wish. Deleting your account from the account page wipes the account data immediately, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what is left. If you want to complain, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is at priv.gc.ca.
